Every product you buy from us must be
free of defects or you may return it immediately for
replacement or refund. We want you to be completely
satisfied with every item. Please contact us at

RETURNS
Any merchandise that may arrive broken
or that you are not satisfied with, you may return
within 10 days for a replacement or refund. Please
contact us at
cs@caymancash.com
BEFORE
you return any item, with your comments.
All merchandise returned must include
the original package containing the merchandise
received. Additionally, we do ask that the return
shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include
the same packaging materials as was previously used for
shipping the merchandise.
Please include a brief note explaining
the reason for the return as well as the correct option
for either a replacement or refund.
All returns must be received in the same
condition as when shipped.
We will gladly pay the return shipping
charges to send a replacement if an incorrect,
defective, or damaged item is received, however all
return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please submit any cancellation via
email to
cs@caymancash.com, within 24 hrs.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First
name, last name, order number, and email address. This
information must be identical to the information
originally submitted on your order. Please provide
contact information so that we may contact you if we
have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the
cancellation of your order, providing your order has not
been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a
cancellation was submitted via email, and your order was
shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete
balance charged including shipping. However, if the
cancellation was documented as received after the order
was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less
shipping.
OUT OF STOCK
The most important thing to keep in mind when
ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout
the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from
the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and
our stock is constantly being replenished.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified
as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will
be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify
you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first
try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If
we have not heard from you, we may then try to call you
at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to
give us your current email address and phone number.
SHIPPING
We ship all items UPS GROUND. UPS
DOES NOT
ship to PO Boxes.
Currently, we only ship to the
continental US.
Please allow 7-14 days for shipment as most items
ship from California.
To keep our prices low, we prefer not
to ship Rush orders. if you need an order in a hurry,
contact us BEFORE you place the order. We will give you
a shipping quote. Shipping rates GREATLY INCREASE when
you need it rushed.
Once your order is shipped, Caymancash will send you
an email which will provide the shipping date and the
UPS Tracking number. You may then visit the UPS Website
and use the Tracking Number to track your order and
check on delivery date.
If no tracking information is shown, it is because it
may take a few days for the shipment to reach the first
destination where the information is recorded.
Depending on your order, items may ship separately
and from different locations.
